I’m an English PhD student in Chicago and, when not reading, caffeinating, or exercising, much of my time is spent with food. Eating it. Talking about it. Looking up recipes, history, and tidbits, not to mention more quotidian things like smart storage methods. Anyway, as a busy and amateur cook I’m always on the lookout for tasty, healthy, and above all, convenient recipes to get me through the week.
